Nadine Gudz

As Director, Sustainability Strategy at Interface Canada Inc., Nadine is responsible for leveraging and expanding Interface’s sustainability leadership through education and community engagement. She also leads Interface’s global organizational learning team. Before joining Interface, Nadine taught in the Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University and served as a research fellow with the Institute for Research and Innovation in Sustainability. She speaks extensively on topics such as going beyond the business case for sustainability, organizational change and learning, materials stewardship, and ecological design. Based in Toronto, she serves on the National Advisory Panel of the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada and the Board of Rethink Sustainability Initiatives.

Nadine is a LEED Accredited Professional and moonlights as a Doctoral candidate, researching the links between ecological resilience, organizational learning and stakeholder theory to accelerate sustainable business.
